This item works great however...It's made of super cheap plastic and is very loud. I got it for $20 so it's worth it but definitely not worth the $160 it's listed for.This neck fan is unlike other flexible neck fans. It is stiff and heavy. Also, return procedures are terrible. No address label sent at first - just the hazard label. had to ask for an address label and they sent one but I have to pay shipping. I never order things from Amazon unless it is free to ship back.These are not well made. They have parts that come apart, like they aren't able to snap in properly. I purchased 2 different colors and both have parts that are loose.
