The fan is nice and appears to be well built. It's very difficult to assemble. The directions are actually better than most imo but the problem with assembly is very difficult. Let me elaborate, the fan blades have to be added with the fan motor already on the ceiling. You don't have enough space to start the screws with your fingers (to narrow). So on a ladder looking upside down, holding a blade in one hand and balancing a screw on the other end of a screwdriver you are supposed to get in this dark screw hole. Then repeat 14 more times. Not to mention you may have an extended pole and it may wobble during this process.
